You know what they say about, “Vox populi, vox Dieu”, meaning the voice of the people, the voice of God.
This is exactly what played out, when we took advantage of the lockdown, to ask Imolites over the Social Media, what they thought about the current governor of Imo State and his governance and here’s some feedback:
@Tema said, ” Well, prior to 2019 I wasn’t so politically active, as I didn’t even own a voters card. However, I got involved in the past elections and saw how much people voted for Hon. Emeka Ihedioha. It’s indeed sad that tables, were completely turned against him. I really feel bad, about it and I miss his governance… I feel he would have achieved so much by now”
@Emekelin opined, “Hope Uzodinma, doesn’t seem to be doing badly. However, I feel he may never be fully forgiven by the Imolites.
Ihedioha, was a man unanimously chosen by his people. We miss his style of leadership, very pragmatic and easy to approach”.
@Nneka said, ” I can’t help but miss Ihedioha, he was indeed a man of his people. We can’t still process how he lost, truly’
@Danny_D said, “You all should leave this matter and let the sleeping dogs lie… Whether Ihedioha, was played out or not, please let’s stop over flogging this issue…mtcheww”
@Nenye said, ” I’m glad that 2023 is around the corner, before you know it, we’ll have another opportunity to vote into the man we want. Uzodinma is trying sha”.
