The Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji FNSE, has described the Member representing Bende Federal Constituency at the National Assembly, Hon Benjamin Kalu, as a great friend, an exemplary lawmaker who has touched the lives of his people in significant ways, and whose passion for rural development and sound representation as spokesman of the Federal House of Representatives has made him outstanding.
The Speaker stated this in his message to the Federal Lawmaker on the occasion of his birthday today.
